Installation
1. Install GO Contacts Ex (free & available in the Market)
2. Install this theme
3. Menu -> Themes -> Ice Cream Sandwich
What’s in this version:

Made the numbers & letters bigger in the dialer.
New pressed image in the dialer.
A couple other minor changes.
